- Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Eligible Return Products
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Cosmetics and handmade soaps require delicate handling, so please handle them with care when opening and inspecting.
- Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
a. Contact our customer service at arganart.sarl@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
b. Carefully package the items in their original packaging, with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the package.
c. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service along with the RMA.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
- Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
